Hi all, I hope you are all well.
Firstly I hope that you have all managed to download the new app called Parent Connect. If you have not yet, please do or if you are having problems let us know. It will now be our main form of communication about Horizons and will also have other useful links. Over the next few weeks Key Workers will be using it to send out photos and overviews of the week, as well as any individual or group news.
As you know next week we are going to be fully reopened. As I said last week, we will be keeping to 4 bubbles and reviewing the risk assessment on a daily basis. Activities will still be limited to what we feel is safe both in and outside of the building. Again I ask that you work with us around drop off and pick up times. Please ring 0161 883 2403 to tell us you are in the car park. We will also have a spotter in the carpark . The purpose of the spotter will be so that they can ring a member of staff from the appropriate bubble to come out and support you into the building.
Can I ask that at the moment you continue to bring pack lunches in that do not need to be reheated, along with your own cups and cutlery. This will be reviewed next week.
A real positive for me this week has been the number of staff who have come to me to say how much they are looking forward to getting everybody back in next week and hopefully getting back to some normality.
Take care and I look forward to a busy Horizons next week.
