Yet another busy week at Horizons! Jeff’s group have been out and about in the community as usual, accessing shopping in Chadderton and Oldham..
Everyone had the opportunity to go to Manchester town centre on the tram for a leisurely walk around..
A few stopped off at the Google Garage..
..the Lululemon Yoga Store (Canadian, ehhh!)..
..before (naturally) calling in to Costa Coffee on King Street for refreshments..
They walked through the Arndale and stopped at a fog wall which everyone enjoyed..
..before heading back to Horizons on the tram..
On Thursday they were out again, making sure to stop off once more for a quick snack!
Back in the building they have started making preparations for Easter..
Emma’s group have enjoyed another session shopping for and making healthy snacks..
They have also thoroughly enjoyed their Horizons dance session..
There’s been yet another birthday party, this time a double celebration for Daniel and Oliver..
..together with a bit of a Sports Relief Day which Emma organised for Friday afternoon complete with a bubblewrap bursting competition, a malteaser trail, an egg and spoon race and a pool tournament!
What a way to end the week!!
Invitations have gone home to families to our next coffee morning on Monday 26th March at 10am – we hope you can join us!
