The young people at Horizons have been very busy over the past fortnight with lots of fun activities. Hayley’s group have started their sunflower competition with Emma’s group to see who can grow the tallest sunflower..

They have started painting their tyre plant beds ready for their Summer garden..

They have also really enjoyed their rebound activity..

..more painting..

..and an outing to Ability Wheelz and some lovely relaxation sessions..

Gary’s group have been volunteering at Dr Kershaw’s Oldham shop with their new recruit, Jess..

They have also been busy volunteering at the Link Centre café, serving drinks and snacks to centre users and staff..

They’ve still found time to fit in plenty of culture though, with a trip to the Gallery Oldham to see the amazing 3D printing exhibits..

..and another trip to Manchester Art Gallery..

Jeff’s group had a great time at the new cinema in Oldham watching Beauty and The Beast..

They had another lively dance session and relaxed with a bit of pampering at the end of the day..

Once again the weather was warm to enjoy the park and Ability Wheelz..

Daniel will be back from his holidays next week, together with our Future Finders and pathway students.

We hope you all have a lovely Easter weekend (despite the weather!)
