Our young people have been having a wonderful time at Horizons! David’s group have been busy doing lots of activities – everything from cooking a lovely spinach and cheese lasagne..

..to helping Hayley’s group with the domestic duties..

They have done an excellent job cleaning all the vans at Hollinwood Academy..

..and they’ve been very busy making their Halloween and Autumn displays in their room..

They’ve enjoyed mooching about Oldham looking at all the spooky Halloween decorations and costumes..

They’ve had fun at Ability Wheelz (whatever the weather)..

..and paid a visit to the local art gallery and library..

They even found time for a spot of maintenance..

As you know, Hayley’s group have now moved from the Learning Centre to their new base at Medtia Square….and they made sure everything came with them!

The move has been a great success and the group has settled very well in their new environment. They are enjoying spending more time with their friends who were already based at the Medtia site..

..getting out more in the community..

..enjoying the different activities and the new routine. They’ve been out to the park (even finding some sunshine!)

..although they didn’t escape the rain!

They’ve had lots of fun getting very messy (of course)..

..and have thoroughly enjoyed making themselves at home in their new surroundings..

We thought you might like to see a few older pictures from before the move too..

We hope you have a lovely week!
