It may have been half term for the rest of the New Bridge Group but this week has been business as usual for our young people at Horizons. Hayley’s group have had a great time at the Learning Centre, making the most of the nice weather to get wonderfully messy outside in shaving foam..

They had fun making (and eating!) some delicious cheesecakes..

..and enjoyed lots of sensory activities..

..and plenty of music with their friends at Medtia..

On Wednesday they had a fantastic day out to Chester Zoo..

..even the afternoon rain couldn’t spoil their fun..

You’ll be relieved to hear they managed not to bring any monkeys home with them..

Emma’s group headed off to Morrisons in Rochdale on the tram to stock up on ingredients..

..stopping off at the cafe for refreshments while they were there..

Once they were back, it was on to the serious work of creating their masterpiece – Eton Mess!!

As you can probably guess, the finished desserts didn’t last long!! The group have also enjoyed their dancing..

..and ‘shoga’ (yoga meets Sherbourne)..

We hope you have a lovely week!
